3. Orders. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. A confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
4. Payment. Payment must be made in full before items are shipped. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods listed at checkout.
5. Shipping. We aim to process and ship all orders promptly. Shipping times and fees will be provided at checkout. Medina Auto Parts is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external factors.
6. 30-Day Warranty Coverage. All eligible items come with a 30-day limited warranty. If a product becomes defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will provide a replacement or store credit after inspection.
This warranty does NOT cover:
- Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
- Incorrect installation
- Accidental or cosmetic damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Electrical components
- Products that have been modified or tampered with

7. Liability. We are not responsible for damages or injuries caused by the improper use, installation, or handling of any product purchased from us.

9. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the state of New Mexico. Any disputes arising from use of the website or our products shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County/NM.
